We particularly like the "Capitan Italo" restaurant, with its direct view of the sea, it is suitable for families and couples (the latter must ask for a table on the rocks!!!)! Obviously it serves fresh fish dishes (the spectacular "Spaghetti in Crosta", the "Purple Clouds", the "Paella"...) but it also has excellent alternatives for those who are not really fish lovers. The owner Francesco is an expert sommelier, so ask for advice on choosing the perfect wine to accompany your dinner.
If you stay at the Club House residence in Cattolica, Portoverde is easily accessible by car or bicycle, but if you don't mind walking, you can also take a pleasant walk (about 2km!). Alternatively, there are buses and taxis available. You can hire a bike and take a ride around the marina or along the coast. There are also some sandy beaches nearby where you can relax in the sun and take a dip.
